ServiceHelper has had a public static MESSAGES added to it since Aries JNDI 0.3
was released. This field is only used within the JNDI URL bundle. Also, the
package it sits in: org.apache.aries.jndi.services was exported at 0.3 and
currently doesn't have a version added to the manifest, so is effectively at
version 0.0.0.
