The 0.5 version of the org.apache.aries.util bundle has a new class
IORuntimeException in the org.apache.aries.util package, but it exports this
package at version 0.4, which is the same version as is exported by the 0.4
version of this jar. The exported version of the 0.5 jar needs to be increased
to 0.4.1
