While I was investigating our builds, I noticed Jenkins has an option to send separate emails to people who delivered breaking changes. We currently get an email to the dev list, but I wonder if an extra email to the people who're probably responsible is a good idea. It might help us keep our builds cleaner. (The current breaks are really slowing down the 1.0.0 work.) What do people think?
