Since I've heard no objections to providing the contents of a build
pointing to a revision, I don't think there's an immediate rush for a 1.0.1
proxy and util release. However, I don't expect any further functionality
needed by subsystems in the first release so it would most likely, though
not certainly, be okay to do them now.
