Now, Blueprint Core uses version 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT.
However, Blueprint CM (via BND) uses version range [1.0,1.1) in the import
statement. So, Blueprint CM 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT can't work with Blueprint Core
1.1.0-SNAPSHOT.
