John Ross commented on ARIES-1014:
----------------------------------

I updated the subsystem related pom files in
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1442154. The released
versions of proxy 1.0.1 and util 1.1.0 are used.

The description implies there were pom files other than subsystems causing
issues, but the first comment seems to say that everything was okay after
updating the subsystem poms. If the latter, this defect may be closed.

> I grabbed the trunk from https://github.com/apache/aries.git and started
> following the instructions in "Build at the command line then import into
> Eclipse if you need Eclipse." on
> http://aries.apache.org/development/buildingaries.html.  When running 'mvn
> clean install' in the root of the project, the following occurs:
> {quote}
> [ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project org.apache.aries.subsystem.itests:
> Could not resolve dependencies for project
> org.apache.aries.subsystem:org.apache.aries.subsystem.itests:jar:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT:
>  Failure to find
> org.apache.aries.proxy:org.apache.aries.proxy:jar:1.0.1-SNAPSHOT
> {quote}
> Other rrtifacts, including subsystem.itests, refer to
> org.apache.aries.proxy:jar:1.0.1-SNAPSHOT.
> Installing /proxy generated 1.0.0, 1.0.1, and 1.0.2-SNAPSHOT in my local repo
> Do dependencies on proxy need to be updated for version 1.0.2-SNAPSHOT? I'm
> guessing 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT was recently removed from Nexus...
