The current workaround would be to manually add a Require-Capability clause
corresponding to the BREE header within the bundle manifest, according to osgi
core specification 3.4.1.
For example,
Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment: JavaSE-1.6, JavaSE-1.7
Require-Capability: osgi.ee;
filter:="(|(&(osgi.ee=JavaSE)(version=1.6))(&(osgi.ee=JavaSE)(version=1.7)))"
