Attachment: blueprintNullProxy.patch
This patch makes the necessary changes to Aries Proxy and Aries Blueprint to
add full support for the new blueprintNullProxy environment manager. This
includes the advanced support for class, as well as interface, proxying that
Aries proxy provides.
The patch includes tests and the necessary API and bundle version changes. Note
that applying the patch exposes ARIES-1130
