<tx:enable-annotations/> registers MutablePassThroughMetaData and that doesn’t represent a bean processor. Bean processor as other beans should have BeanMetadata, e.g. MutableBeanMetadata. Metadata of AnnotationProcessor is not picked up by BlueprintContainerImpl.getMetadata(Class<T> clazz, Metadata component, Collection<T> metadatas) and as a result processor is skipped.
