Attached patch to upgrade the blueprint itests to pax exam 3.4.0. As quite a
lot has changed in pax exam the changes are quite a bit larger than just
updating the version numbers. I duplicated AbstractIntegrationTest and
RhichBundleContext for the moment as I needed to cut the dependency to the old
test support project. I plan to update the test support project later and then
remove this duplication again.
