While developing on transaction-jdbc I recognized problems with embedded 
dependencies like geronimo-connector and geronimo-j2ee-connector_1.6_spec which 
are embedded into the jar. Got it worked by using connector feature instead 
(see SM-2319 for enhancement to ServiceMix)
