Hi,

I'm calling a vote on Aries subsystem-core version 1.1.0.

Staging repository:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachearies-1010/

As this release contains new functionality (such as independence from
the application modeler) I increased the minor version number.

The following issues have been fixed since 1.0.0 (from the commit log):
ARIES-952 Make ModelledResourceManager service dependency optional.
ARIES-1006 Upgrade to the "new" parent pom and OSGi 4.3.1
ARIES-1044 Integrate the versioning plugin into subsystem modules
after the 1.0.0 release.
ARIES-1050 Revisit the use of coordinations in order to take advantage
of the deployment manifest optimizations.
ARIES-1062 org.apache.aries.subsystem.core.internal.Activator needs to
be improved
ARIES-1072 Fix subsystem with satisfied BREE requirement does not install.
ARIES-1144 Shared dependencies are uninstalled while still referenced.
ARIES-1147 Fix necessary to pass the OSGi Subsystem CT
ARIES-1172 Make subsystems independent of application modeller
ARIES-1187 Installing a subsystem does not cleanup files left in tmp
area. From a patch by Samuel Bratton.
ARIES-1196 Service dependency model may create filters with null
objectClass. From a patch by Tom Watson.
ARIES-1199 Upgrade subsystem tests to pax exam 3
ARIES-1214 NPE in subsystem-core when used without modeller.
ARIES-1222 Should make osgi.ee and osgi.native capabilities available
to all subsystems
ARIES-1225 NPE thrown by GetBundleContextAction
ARIES-1228 subsytem install fails OSGI CT test on Java 8
ARIES-1231 coordinator rollback action incorrectly added
ARIES-1237 subsytem BundleEventHook incorrectly associating new bundle
installs to subsystems
ARIES-1239 Correct/improve logging in
org.apache.aries.subsystem.core.internal.StartAction
ARIES-1245 SubsystemException: Framework could not resolve the bundles
- from a patch by Tom Evans

This version passes the subsystem 1.0 CT test (part of OSGi Enterprise R5):
