Blueprint defines some special bean ids that return defined instances
"blueprintBundleContext" -> BundleContext
"blueprintBundle" -> Bundle
"blueprintContainer" -> BlueprintContainer
"blueprintConverter" -> Converter.class
We should support them in the maven-blueprint plugin too.
