Summary: Infer version for Subsystem Export-Package packages

When exporting packages from a subsystem, in many cases the version of these
packages can be inferred from the subsystem constituents. Only if the package
is exported in more than one constituent in different versions this question
cannot be answered automatically.
It would be good to enhance the ESA Maven Plugin to automatically compute these
versions. In case of an ambiguity the plugin should fail with an error.
