The attached feature-subsystem-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.esa bundle contains a bundle that
has the following manifest header:
{code}Provide-Capability: osgi.service;objectClass:List<String>="org.coderthou
ghts.pizza.api.Pizza{code}
Installing this subsystem gives the following error:
{{SubsystemException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: A Provide-Capability
header must have at least one clause}}
