The subsystem-api, subsystem-core, and subsystem-bundle (which does not include
subsystem-obr) components will be released as version 2.0.4 following the "skip
odd releases" methodology.
The subsystem-obr component, currently at 1.0.2-SNAPSHOT, and its one bug fix
will be released as version 1.0.4. The reason is I do not want to make a strong
association between it and the other bundles. We should discourage the use of
subsystem-obr since newer releases of Felix OBR support the
org.osgi.service.repository specification and should be used in lieu of
subsystem-obr.
