I've staged another release candidate for the jpa-container-1.0.4 which
contains two bug fixes
* ARIES-1487 : JPA waits forever on osgi:service/javax.sql.DataSource/(
osgi.jndi.service.name=jdbc/DataSource).
* ARIES-1499 : Refreshing a persistent bundle leaves it in the grace
period blueprint state
