the xsd mentioned fo rblueprint is http://www.osgi.org/xmlns/blueprint/v1.0.0
although we shoudl use the https version (even if it is redirected, not all
tools supports it).
It should be replaced by https://www.osgi.org/xmlns/blueprint/v1.0.0
