This is mandated by the specification, and yes, the Export unregistration event
should include the ExportReference.
Unfortunately the Export Reference *must* be closed when the event is sent, and
so you cannot get hold of the EndpointDescription from it. There is an open bug
with the OSGi Alliance to fix this in RSA 1.2, but it will need an API change.
