Description:
We discussed about the scenario of multiple security zones.
In this scenario it might be necessary to have one zookeeper server per zone.
So the discovery must be able to run multiple instances where each instance
talks to a different zookeeper server.
Each zookeeper server then should be given a subset of the endpoints. We also
only want to listen to a subset of endpoints from zookeeper. So it must be
possible to configure an incoming and an outgoing filter for each instance of
zookeeper discovery.
The new configurations should be backwards compatible so that current
configuration results in an unchanged behaviour.
