spring-dm is not maintained for almost 7 years now.
spring-dm was good idea in the golden age of OSGi and Spring guys had always
the _advantage_ of being both implementation and specification - they just did
what they thought is ok.
I'm not sure how spring-dm works, but probably some kind of listener is invoked
...
And remember - spring-dm is and extension to ubiquitous ApplicationContext,
where you have all kids of spring-framework mechanisms like events and
listeners, factory objects, etc. So it can't really be compared with Blueprint
which was OSGi from day 0.
