[ARIES-1806] - Support to create prototype scoped services
*Improvement*
[ARIES-1859] - source of org.apache.aries.spifly.dynamic.bundle on
maven isn't complete
[ARIES-1862] - Remove superfluous transitive dependencies from spifly
dynamic.bundle
