Extensions depending on other extensions can only be resolved in the context of
an application. Meaning that, if an extension depends on other extensions it
might be resolved for one application but not in other application. However
this information can not be conveyed properly with the current structure of the
DTOs and the internal structures are also not being properly cleared.
