See file CxfJaxrsBundleActivator.java lines 71-73 and line 131. RuntimeDelegate
is set in a static block, set to null in the stop method. If after stop call
start RuntimeDelegate will not be initialized.I think the line
RuntimeDelegate.setInstance (new RuntimeDelegateImpl ()); should be the first
line in the start method.
