Could someone provide an update on this? It seems to me that this is basically
a blocker to using aries-jpa with JPA 2.2 - which is required by eclipselink
2.7.x. Additionally, not having 2.2 support makes it more difficult to migrate
to the jakarta.persistence packaging which is now available.
It looks like this Aries packaging is leveraging stuff that Geronimo puts out,
which now has a 2.2 bundle available here:
