[PROPOSAL] Aries Blueprint 2.x with Jakarta namespace

Hi guys,

I started to upgrade Aries Blueprint (API, core, bundle, ...) to use
Jakarta namespace (especially jakarta.xml*).
I would like to create a branch for aries-blueprint 1.x (what we have
today) and update trunk with aries-blueprint 2.x and use Jakarta
namespace here.

Thoughts ?
