ianal-maven-plugin does not support Java 17 and above. geronimo
tools-maven-plugin may be used instead with minimal configuration as
implemented also in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-9065 and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-10053
