Description:
According to the spec, endpoint properties which are configuration-type
specific (i.e. belong to a specific distribution provider configuration) need
to be prefixed with the configuration type name. This also makes them easy to
identify when updating service properties etc.
For consistency and clarity we should also similarly rename configuration
properties so it is clear which provider they belong to and avoid clashes.
