Struct is awaiting an implementation in
https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/cpp/src/arrow/types/struct.h. See,
for example, the implementation of {{ListArray}} (for repeated fields) in
https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/cpp/src/arrow/types/list.h
