I agree with you.
It seems that Apache Aurora uses Docker and doesn't support
32bit distribution support.

I'll change our build system to Docker from Vagrant
(VirtualBox).

Apache Aurora doesn't use Travis CI to build packages but
I'll work on it after I change our build system.
