Hi All, As we get close to cut 0.10.0 release candidate, I want to clean up the remaining 16 open issues. Here is the board:

For the rest 14, if you think any of those should be blocker to the release, please comment so I can track progress, otherwise I'd assume they are not in 0.10 and will remove them from 0.10 by the end of the week.
