I'm wondering if you can share a solution to the issue: https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/4216. Facing the same issue with a lambda deployment size issue with pyarrow. You mentioned disabling some options on https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/python/manylinux1/build_arrow.sh, but as with some of the others I am not really sure how that works! Would you be able to share a solution for that issue?
