Seems we don't have a windows verification yet, so I verified the windows wheels in a mcr.microsoft.com/windows/servercore:ltsc2019 docker container.
Currently installing VS2017 to verify the source tarball on windows, but it takes some time. If anyone has the environment set up, please confirm that the source verification passes on windows.
