with:
* gcc version 9.3.0 (Debian 9.3.0-15)
* openjdk version "1.8.0_252"
* Node.js v12.18.1
* nvidia-cuda-dev 10.1.243-6+b1
Notes:
* JavaScript tests are failed without INSTALL_NODE=0 (with
Node.js 14).
* Python 3.8 wheel's test is failed.
