Discussion Eduardo brought up the mini-app discussion from the mailing list discussion[1] - In short, this is a scaled down version of Arrow with some functionality and validation checks etc removed. The purpose of it is so that people can test out potential new functionality more easily (see discussion mentioned above for more information). - It would be under Apache governance to prevent issues around IP clearance. - Discussion is ongoing on the mailing list.
