Hi, I noticed that we use "apache-arrow-XXX" in https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/arrow/ but we use "arrow-XXX" (no "apache-" prefix) in https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/arrow/ .
Does someone know why we use different naming convention for them?
