Greetings,

I am writing to report an issue I am encountering while attempting to set
up Apache Arrow C++ using Conda on Windows. I have successfully followed
the first two steps outlined in the official documentation
(
https://arrow.apache.org/docs/developers/cpp/windows.html#using-conda-forge-for-build-dependencies
).

Specifically, I have:

   1. Installed conda and created a new environment named arrow-dev.
   2. Activated the arrow-dev environment using the command activate
   arrow-dev.

However, upon executing the command devenv within the activated
environment, I am met with an error message. I have attempted to update the
path in the environment variables, but the issue persists.

Could anyone please provide assistance in resolving this error ?
