Many thanks for raising the issue. There might be an issue when we do multiple patch releases. I think this was the first time we did more than one patch release for a version. I just released 15.0.0 and tried to re-release 14.0.2 for Ubuntu but I can't see the package for 14.0.2. I've opened the following issue [1].
