Yes, we are aware of that. Here is the issue for numpy 2.0 compatibility: https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/39532. Current status is that the main branch works with numpy nightly, and normally numpy 2.0 will be out by the time of our release (or at least have an RC with a stable ABI) such that we can build the wheels with numpy 2.0, making them compatible with both numpy 1.x and 2.0.
