RE: [DISCUSS] Possibility of ADBC 20.0.1 patch release

To clarify, what I'm most interested in discussing is a patch release
for the Python packages (1.8.1) which could be released as part of
ADBC 21 or whatever works best with how ADBC is being versioned.
