   - GPG signature: good, signed by Matt Topol <[email protected]>
   - Git tag v18.7.0-rc0 (annotated) resolves to commit
   0716bc64bc48e7322fcae137e14cf74cd94747fe
   - LICENSE.txt and NOTICE.txt present; no unexpected binaries in the
   source
