Ran through the SQL++ Primer - and did it, for kicks, in completely open mode (with no fields defined except for keys, and therefore all secondary indexes open/enforced). Everything worked as expected.

Found one doc bug (something was recently deleted from the Primer somehow - the INSERT example) and filed an issue on that.
