If we're creating a new RC to fix the notice, it would be nice if we 
could also
move back to the naming convention that we had for the 0.9.4 release
("apache-asterixdb-0.9.4.zip") instead of the convention that we used 
for
0.9.4.1 ("asterix-server-0.9.4.1-binary-assembly.zip").

The binary package is missing required notices for (at least) Netty; I

file (a) specific issue(s) once I have determined the extent of the

The email for this gets generated by the release job in fact, it
calculates the sums there. I don't do it manually like I used to, so
it's a lot less error-prone.
