Yes, I think that’s what we should do.
The only question is: which list? Should it be the regular dev list or another 
list?
I think that the dev list should be fine (and we should start with that to get 
things going ASAP), but I also realize that it might add a bit of traffic there 
that people not involved with a specific review would not have seen before.
