What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am new in the asterixdb , during compilation of the code I have found
following errors :
Failed to execute goal
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:2.3.2:compile

[ERROR]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have OSX " Darwin Kernel Version 14.5.0:" and I am using latest version
of source code
