It would be nice to enable subsystems (like Feeds) to piggyback on the
communication between NCs and CCs that is provided by Hyracks.
Probably we should create a SPI for this in Hyracks that can be used by the
AsterixDB subsystems.
Steven should be involved in the discussion as he works on Active Channels.
