Assigned issues

Hi,

Mike, Yingyi, and I had a small ad-hoc meeting to assign some unassigned 
issues (> 1143) - you probably have seen the notifications. As usual, 
this is just a proposal and you should feel free to reassign issues 
(e.g. to me) if you think that they have the wrong assignee. Also, 
please take a look at categorizations and priorities and fix/discuss 
them as appropriate.

In the process we also assigned issues to Eugenia and Wail (and added 
them to the “contributors” group in JIRA to be able to do so :) ).
@Eugenia, @Wail, please tell us if that wasn’t the right step (it’s 
really easy to undo).
