[~grahamwallis] I have amended the code in the light of your review comments
and our discussions. We agreed that we do not need
/glossary/{guid}/term/{termguid} and we can just have t/erm/{termguid} as the
termguid will be unique. I have added version of the search I that should
return a grid. I have removed the plurals from the uri segments and I have
introduced the missing guis in the 2 rest calls you point out.
