[~jonesn] I agree the entity model should be there for limits and patterns; I 
suspect we will need technical ones and business ones that work on the 
glossary. I wonder if there are more complex validations that might need a 
rules engine. For example maybe Rangers toxic combination checking could be 
viewed as a type of validation.
