Enhance EntityDef to have a list of classification names - that if specified
can be used at runtime to reject the association of a classification to an
Entity. The EntityDef Classifications are inherited by any children EntityDefs.
If a parent classification is already associated with an entityDef then we
should not allow a child classificationDef to be added - as this could be
confusing.
